PSL 11 to Commence in March 2026

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has announced that the upcoming 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) tournament will take place from March 26 through May 3, 2026.

Addressing an event in New York, he noted that Pakistan has “immense” cricketing talent and rewarding players helped boost morale. He emphasized that the PCB and PSL organizers are working together for the betterment of cricket in the country.

“Investors in the PSL receive meaningful returns,” said Naqvi at the PSL roadshow in New York, which included several current and former national cricketers.

“PSL’s success is a collective effort, and it continues to provide entertainment for cricket fans while giving opportunities to local talent,” said former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram.

Former PCB chairman Ramiz Raja said the PSL enabled young Pakistani cricketers to play alongside foreign players, underscoring the developmental role of the tournament.

Separately, Naqvi has announced that the PCB has extended the deadline for the submission of bids for two new PSL teams until Dec. 22 due to “growing interest” from Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
