SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited is set to become Pakistan’s first listed fresh fruit and vegetable exporter, marking a significant milestone for the country’s agricultural sector and capital markets.
Headquartered in Sargodha, the heart of Pakistan’s citrus industry, the company exports premium Kinnow, mangoes, and potatoes to the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe, and Australia.
The proposed listing of Rs. 1.2-1.9 billion would offer 30 million shares at a floor price of Rs. 40 and ceiling of Rs. 64 per share. It aims to unlock growth by strengthening working capital, enabling the company to procure larger crop volumes, expand processing capacity, enhance cold-chain infrastructure, and meet rising international demand.
“The listing will provide investors with a unique opportunity to participate in Pakistan’s growing agriculture export sector while supporting value addition, exports, and sustainable economic growth,” said an official of Topline Securities, which is the consultant of this IPO along with Growth Securities.
