A court in Lahore on Friday granted five-day physical remand of four accused in the abduction and sexual assault of two foreign women, while a fifth accused in the FIR remains at-large.
The investigation officer presented all four detained suspects, including a relative of Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Ahmad Raza Dar, in court. According to police documents, the other three Sikandar Aziz Khan; Hassan Raza; and Sajid Ali.
The judicial order states that while Dar was named in the primary FIR, the other three suspects were formally implicated and arrested on July 2 through a supplementary statement provided by the complainants.
During the hearing, the Lahore Police requested a 14-day physical remand to conduct extensive interrogations, recover the weapons used during the offense, and retrieve the extorted ransom money. However, after hearing the arguments and perusing the police record, the court noted that the offenses fall under Sections 365-A (Kidnapping for ransom) and 375-A (Rape) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), and as such were strictly governed under the Schedules of the Anti-Rape (Investigation and Trial) Act, 2021.
The police were then granted five days physical remand, with directions to produce all four suspects before the court again on July 8.

Subsequently, on Saturday, local media reported on the statements the women recorded before a magistrate prior to their departure from Pakistan. According to the statement of the Dutch woman, the two women traveled to Pakistan on the invitation of their business partner, Dar, after having met him in Singapore in October 2025.
The victim said Dar had claimed to be the son of Adviser to Punjab Chief Minister Ali Dar and had arranged their visas. She said their first three days passed pleasantly, with Dar taking them shopping, to dinners, sightseeing, and meetings with potential investors. On June 29, she said, Dar had driven them to Lahore, ostensibly to attend his aunt’s birthday. However, upon reaching the house, she alleged four armed men appeared, tied both women up and assaulted them, while Dar also pretended to be a victim.
That night, said the victim, Dar and another suspect—who she says was only referred to as “boss” by the others—transferred $17,000 through her phone to their crypto wallet.
The Spanish national, meanwhile, alleged a man dressed in black had touched intimate parts of her body, punched her in the face several times, and removed her shoes. She accused the man of sexually assaulting her while she was clothed and touching her body.
She said that, at one point, Dar had entered the room and asked about a computer and money. The victim said she told him both were inside a green bag.
The Spanish victim alleged that one of the men hit her head with the butt of his pistol when she sought to question them. She said she was separated from the other woman and taken to a bedroom on the second floor, where a man speaking fluent English told her they would be allowed to live if they handed over the money, but would be killed if they refused.
She alleged that after the English-speaking man left, three others entered the room, including an older man carrying a rifle. The armed man, she said, instructed two men who only spoke in Urdu to remain with her. These two, she said, laughed among themselves, and repeatedly demanded sexual activities, which she repeatedly refused.
The victim said the man dressed in black later took her to another room on the second floor while a younger man waited outside. She claimed the suspect slapped her when she began crying, ordered her to remain quiet, and raped her repeatedly. She told the magistrate the assault stopped after she screamed.
